Soft launch: assessments, results, profiles and your Inner Map are open now. Paid access is being enabled next.
Privacy

Privacy for sensitive self-reflection.

Your Inner Synthesis treats assessment answers, reflection notes and Inner Map content as sensitive personal material. The product is designed to use local storage first, ask clearly before account continuity, and keep export and deletion controls visible.

Local first

You can start without an account. Browser-local data stays on the device unless a server-backed feature clearly asks for it.

Consent before continuity

Features that preserve sensitive reflection work beyond this browser require account access and explicit user choice.

Plain-language control

Privacy controls focus on practical actions: export, delete, withdraw optional consent and manage billing.

No sale of personal data

Your Inner Synthesis is built for self-reflection. Personal assessment or reflection content is not sold.

Data we may process

What changes when features are enabled

Local assessment data

Quiz answers, result names, saved map signals and journey progress stored in this browser unless you choose an account feature that stores data server-side.

Account data

Email address, verification status, session records, consent choices and subscription entitlement when you create a profile.

Reflection content

Messages you submit to Reflection Space when guided reflection is enabled. Saved reflection history is handled only when you choose storage that supports it.

Billing data

Plan, currency, subscription status and receipt metadata from the payment provider. Card details are handled by hosted checkout, not by this app.

Purpose

Why data is used

Data is used to provide assessments, generate results, maintain your Inner Map, deliver guided reflection, manage subscriptions, protect the service from misuse and respond to privacy requests.

Providers

Where content may go

Live guided reflection may process prompts through a server-side AI provider. Payments are processed through hosted checkout. The app does not expose provider API keys or card handling to the browser.

Retention

How long records last

Browser-local data lasts until you clear it. Account records are kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security logs.

Age boundary

Adults only

Account access and guided reflection are intended for adults. The service is not directed to users under 18.

Your controls

Privacy rights and account actions

  • Access personal data held in your account.
  • Correct inaccurate profile or account data.
  • Export account-stored assessment and Inner Map records where available.
  • Withdraw optional consent for stored reflection history.
  • Delete your account and account-stored records, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Manage subscription status through the hosted billing portal.

International processing

Some infrastructure or providers may operate outside your country. Where required, transfer safeguards and processor terms are used for account-backed services.

Important boundary

Your Inner Synthesis is for education and self-reflection. Assessment and reflection content should not be used as medical, legal or emergency advice.
